Would oversee Children, Youth, and Family ministries by coaching and empowering dedicated lay leaders to lead each with teams. Develop a comprehensive vision with cooperation in these areas. Goals are strong, discipleship focused ministries along with numerical growth. Includes some preaching and pastoral care duties. Primary focus on Adult Ministries with a goal of developing a comprehensive discipleship system from new believer to the mentoring level. Create a culture of spiritual growth using classes, small groups, bands, retreats, etc. Leadership development and raising our evangelism capabilities are included in this.
